Returns and Replacements
Replacement can be processed only within 48 hours of delivery. No Refund, Replacement Only.
CASES WHERE REPLACEMENT CAN BE PROCESSED
- Damaged on arrival
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product or wrong order
CASES WHERE REPLACEMENT CANNOT BE PROCESSED
- No longer needed the product
- Any other reason
REPLACEMENT POLICIES
- Clear image required of the product and the damage.
- Need to retain the original packaging and tags of the product.
- Pick-up will be initiated within 3 days.
- Replacement request will be cancelled if customer does not allow product pick-up within 7 days after request.
EXCLUSIONS
- No replacement acceptable for wood finish or grains/ knots in wood furniture or color variation of fabric or polish.
- No replacement would be accepted for shape & size unless discrepant to that mentioned on website and as per the order placed.
